membership and tickets

just have membership now and have card but not paper ticket for wolves yet but ordered couple of weeks ago - do you still get paper tickets or done on card now?

i have a claret card and i think if you buy your ticket in the members discount window it goes on to your card but when its on general sale and you buy a ticket they send it as an e -mail
thats what it says on there web site and so far i have only brought in the members discount window and its gone on my card
just ring them up with your membership number and they will tell you

On card as it has been for the last 10 years at least I think.
